I know I know, I got late, but hey! Ain't no one too late for some Halloween art amirite? :3 This would've been done much faster if I wasn't feelin so bad all day..but I'm really glad I finished! I did enjoy painting it so yeah. Also, considering I started fanart month with pokemon, I thought it'd be nice to do another one around the end of it. In a way, it's a new beginning for me, it being a new month an all..and also I tried out a few new things with this.. a painting technique I've been wanting to try for a while. And this time I painted pokemons too! So I'm glad. Also I just wanted to draw some ghost pokemanz Touya deserved some attention too

Oh and also, I've posted this before the drawings from the last few days, since it's Halloween themed and I can post the others later heh.

Done in Photoshop CS6 with me intuos pro. Took around 6 hours on and off.
